Lion's Mane is a pretty popular mushroom supplement, and I've tried a few from other companies. In general, the taste is pretty mild. I enjoy this one, though; seemingly a little more complex than others I've tried. I really enjoy the cognitive and productivity support I get from Lion's Mane! Always a staple on my supplement shelf.
Usually, Reishi supplements contain only one species, Ganoderma lucidum. This one is more of a Multi-Reishi supplement containing Ganoderma lucidum, Ganoderma applanatum, and Ganoderma oregonense. I'll save the detail here, they have more info on the website about each, but this is pretty neat and a one-of-a-kind combination.
The combo of shiitake and maitake gives Také a bit of an umami essence, creating a richness to the extract. I've been looking into the benefits of both shiitake and maitake for a while now and am glad to have found a high-quality liquid mushroom supplement that incorporates both. Thanks!
This mushroom was a new one to me, so I thought I'd give it a try. It's a bit more viscous than the others I've tried from Best Health Co. After a bit of research, I see that the Red-Belted Polypore is native to North America, which I thought was kinda cool. They send a nice little note with this one on how to handle it slightly differently. So far, I really like it. Very calming and soothing!
After being diagnosed for Adult ADD, I was able to wean myself off of the medication prescribed and use Lion's Mane exclusively. Super happy I found a product I can use with my therapy to calm my brain and focus my energy naturally.
I was looking for a turkey tail mushroom supplement after reading about ways to support my immune system. This is the first version I've tried but I like it so far. The taste is a bit strong but it makes it seem like its doing something. Thanks!
This was the second cordyceps I've tried and I much prefer it to the powdered version I tried from another company. Easy to take and the taste suggests its the real deal. I like my response to it so far!
I'm a big fan of essential oil candles and I was drawn to these natural scents. It was nice to try out all three versions. Subtle but unique candles with a crackling wick that sounds like a mini campfire on my coffee table. Love it!

The Pacific candle says it offers Palo Santo, Pine, Yuzu and a hint of Sage. I find the Palo Santo to be forward with Pine and Sage just behind it. The slight citrus notes of Yuzu are there but very subtle. I'm an essential oil candle lover all the way. Sets a great ambiance!
